3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use WhatFit. By using our Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account & Registration

To use WhatFit, you must have an active WhatsApp account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during onboarding
• Maintaining the security of your WhatsApp account
• All activities that occur under your account

WhatFit is currently in Beta. This means:

• Features may change without notice
• Service may experience downtime or bugs
• AI estimations are approximations, not medical-grade measurements
• Beta pricing may change when the service launches fully

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Send spam, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated systems to interact with the Service
• Share inappropriate images through the food logging feature

Beta pricing is offered at a discounted rate. Payments are processed securely. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by messaging "STOP" to our WhatsApp bot.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via WhatsApp or our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
